The attached picture is part of the series we have made in the previous visit to the property of our client. This is an old warehouse without actual use, and the client wants to demolish it to promote a residential building on the plot.
While solving problems affecting the property are for the owner -or his lawyer-, we detected in the visit a possible legal aspect that could jeopardize our project and in any case it must be solved before our intervention, to avoid implying our work.
In viewing the picture, what do you think that can be a problem for the desired development? What are the external signs that reveal it? Which part of our legal bodies can be breached by that signs?
